SENIOR DEVSECOPS ENGINEER 

(AI PLATFORM)

• Location: 2nd Floor, An Cu Duc Phu Building, 7/1 Thanh Thai Street, Dien Hong Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Job type: Full-time (On-site).
• Working time: Monday – Friday (9h00 – 18h00), take a nap 1 hour.
• Salary: Market-competitive, negotiable based on experience and capability upto 70M Gross.

RainScales develops an AI platform that integrates thousands of cameras to monitor safety and security issues.

Rainscales Vietnam is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer with strong DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles. You will work directly with the AI engineering team responsible for developing the eMagicEyes (EME) product at Rainscales Vietnam. We are looking for you to join our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and optimize DevOps/DevSecOps processes, applying automation principles to improve the efficiency of application deployment.
• Design, operate, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.
• Develop and manage Helm Charts, deploy multi-tenant applications.
• Manage storage systems: Persistent Volumes (PV), Persistent Volume Claims (PVC), StorageClasses, capacity expansion, and snapshots.
• Design CICD/IaC solutions and tools, containerization technologies with Azure Devops, EKS, Docker, etc. Implement, manage, and monitor CI/CD pipelines.
• Designing systems in compliance with security policies and regulations. Implement security best practices across the platform, including secrets management, access control, and container security.
• Ensure platform and application security: container image scanning, applying security policies (NetworkPolicies, RBAC), and access management.
• Standardize logging, tracing, and monitoring information using tools such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, containerized workloads, and cloud-native & on-prem architectures.
• Production experience with EKS and AWS cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of networking, system administration, and Linux environments.
• Solid experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki).
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, think systemically, and operate autonomously while communicating progress and risks effectively.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Kafka, Redpanda, MQTT or other messaging systems.
• Experience working with edge devices (NVIDIA Jetson).
• Experience using infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Knowledge of Machine Learning Pipeline is a plus.
• Experience with AI products and toolkits (Deepstream, Triton).
