Job Responsibilities：

·        Responsible for order fulfillment from NPI stage to mass production for projects that launch in Vietnam

·        Collect order information and publish to each supplier, when get shipping request from external(customer) and internal team(CSR), co-work with suppliers to make shipping plan and commitment for all of purchasing order

·        Daily analyze stock, output plan, delivery plan vs request for key suppliers, drive delivery

·        Daily monitor delivery performance of each supplier, make sure all request can be fulfilled, any delivery risk, need to dive into details to check build plan and actual production progress with suppliers, that require on site working in supplier side to support suppliers to build up capability, make sure all demand can be fulfilled smoothly

·        Bridge effective communications among customers(internal & external), SEA team and suppliers, lead internal team and suppliers to fix the abnormal issue on time to meet the request

·        For documentation, need to confirm SO in system, forward PO to suppliers and record all SO, PO and shipment in excel, cross check all record with suppliers regularly to manager order and make sure there is no any payment issue

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor with at least 3 years’ experience in planning
• Experience in project management or supplier management is an advantage, especially in printing & packaging industry ;
• Excellent in Chinese (oral & written) & computer operation;
• Good communication skill, open mind and team work spirit;
• Flexibility and be able to work in high-pressure circumstance;
• Business minded, planning and logic concept;
• Strong leadership & dynamic;
• Aggressive, Positive & Proactive attitude;
