We are seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as the Head of Product Development. This position is critical in shaping the future of STI by steering the ideation, creation, and enhancement of products that align with our vision of preparedness and reliability.

The role is also experienced in building systems and frameworks that streamline and innovate our product catalog, ensuring we stay ahead in the targeted market.

• Lead the charge in product innovation, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch, including the ideation, development, and refinement.
• Assemble and nurture our product development team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Craft strategies that bolster and diversify our product range.
• Incorporate insights from various departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service.
• Oversee the creation and execution of detailed product roadmaps, balancing long-term vision with immediate needs, and ensuring alignment with company strategic objectives.
• Ensure our products stay relevant and competitive, integrate market research, trends, and competitive analysis into product planning.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to gauge product success, making data-driven decisions.

Yêu cầu công việc

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in product development, management, or a similar role within an E-commerce environment.
• Possess strong leadership abilities and experience in building and managing teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in project management, including OKR methodologies.
• Possess a deep understanding of market dynamics.
