The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The successful candidate will manage a network of KOLs to implement global programs locally, design and execute country education plans .

Owns responsibility of the compliance aspects of HCP relationships and will be the subject matter expert in Dental Solutions products and provide input to country business plans and marketing programs.

HCP Lifecycle

As a Scientific Education Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Leads all HCP activities that include transfer of value. Designs, manages and executes KOL training and scientific advisory panels/boards. Facilitate HCP 1:1 meeting to discuss scientific evidence.

Area Activation

Activates Country education strategy and executes HCP education programs. Creates and approves presentations for HCP education programs, e.g. webinars, podcast, workshops, etc. created by HCPs and internal teams. Localizes content.

Expertise

Maintains specific segment expertise

Compliance

Owns responsibility for all compliance aspects of HCP relationships, e.g. contracts, IA, reporting, payments, and confirmation of services Actively participates in standard & guidelines committees

General

Continuously improve internal processes, educational events, and VOC activities. Train internal team members. Ensure customer education data is reported accurately

Your Skills And Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (3) years of leading customer education (Degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution)
• 3 years of organizing customer education activities
• 3 years of managing KOLs 3 years of practicing dentistry or dental related disciplines
• Excellent communication skills, Fluent in English, eye for details, and good organizational skills
  
  

Work location:

Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to [Ho Chi Minh Head Office] at least [1] days per week)
