#Main Duties:

Project Management and Execution

• Oversee new projects from Japan with predefined requirements, basic designs, and detailed designs.
• Manage detailed design, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance (until additional engineers join).
• Work with basic designs (BPMN, ERD, system configuration diagrams).
• Review source code, unit test documents, and conduct acceptance testing for quality assurance.
• Monitor development progress and provide timely reports to the Japan head office.

Interpretation/Translation Work

• Accurately translate specification/design documents from Japanese designers into Vietnamese.
• Provide clear instructions to engineers at the Vietnam branch based on translated documents.
• Effectively respond to questions and consultations from Japanese designers.

Communication and Collaboration

• Facilitate Japanese-language meetings with the Japan head office's management team and development leaders.
• Efficiently manage tasks within the branch, bridging communication between the two countries.

In this role, working in collaboration with the Project Manager (PM), the Business Engineer (BrSE) will concentrate on their specific duties and responsibilities. The PM will oversee management tasks, allowing the BrSE to focus on their core job responsibilities.

#Must-Have:

• Language Skill:
  ー Japanese(N2 or Above)
  
• Technical Skill:
  ー Competency in basic designs and detailed designs.
  ー Experience building systems using AWS/Google Cloud.
  ー Proficiency in at least one from both frontend and backend categories (experience duration not required).
  ・Frontend: React, Vue3, TypeScript, Sass, HTML
  ・Backend: Ruby, Python, Node.js, PHP
  ・Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, Django, Flask, CakePHP , Laravel, Express, Nuxt3, Nextt
  
• Soft Skill:
  ー Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  ー Demonstrated integrity and ability to perform duties that earn the trust of management as a bridge engineer.
  ー Effective time management for handling subordinates' tasks.

• English language skills.
