Job Description
- Design, implement, and oversee a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program.
- Collaborate directly with business units to facilitate risk assessment and management processes.
- Develop and continuously improve the organization's information security management framework.
- Engage with related disciplines through committee participation to ensure uniform application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems, and services.
- Lead the enterprise's information security organization, providing guidance and direction.
- Work with business stakeholders across the company to elevate awareness of risk management issues.
- Support overall business technology planning, offering up-to-date knowledge and insights into the future of technology and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science; CISSP/CISA certification preferred.
- Languages: English and Vietnamese.
- Strong technical expertise in areas such as network security, application and operating system security, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, TCP/IP suite, firewalls, Security Information & Event Management (SIEM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), intrusion detection systems, log review, and incident management.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards, particularly PCI-DSS.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001/2 information security standards.
- Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in common information security management frameworks.
