AEGENDA is a fashion brand that combines art, science, and technology. We are currently seeking a talented and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Operations Manager will manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and continuous improvement for how AEGENDA is run.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Leadership:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across operations, logistics, and customer service
• Supply Chain and Logistics Oversight:
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficient inventory management, procurement, and distribution processes.
• Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members across various operational functions.
• Set performance goals, monitor team performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  
  

• E-Commerce Platform Operations:
• Oversee product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Monitor website and marketplace performance, addressing operational issues to enhance user experience.
  
  

• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate detailed operational reports for senior management, providing actionable insights.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Key Skills and Knowledge:
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, )
• Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Analytical skills with expertise in tools like Excel, or ERP systems.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in managing e-commerce operations in the fashion retail industry.
  

Employment type: External Collaborator/Independent Contractor

Starting date: To be discussed after an interview.

Duration: Undetermined period, with 3 months probation period.

Working hours: Up to 40h/week.

Working schedule: During office hours: 09:00 – 18:00

Location: HCMC, Vietnam (Hybrid)
