+ Your Role
Build a mutually beneficial relationships with companies and industry partners to increase sales and awareness of our brands in events.
+ Essential Responsibilities
Customers
- Develop relationships with existing customers.
- Search for new client leads.
- Keep a data base of all B2B customers.
- Actively approach targeted business clients through sales calls, meetings, etc.
- Continuation of customer service standards
- Monitoring and tracking of clients requesting information
Sales materials
- Keeping up with correspondence and have accountable response times
- Weekly/Bi- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting
- Provide monthly sales report and present sales plan.
- Event Sales focused on small groups and third parties
Sales target
- Achieve targets and drive sales performance through implementation of sales initiatives.
- Execute sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling for different products, seasonal offers and events.
Brand
- Be an expert on the brand and its products in order to advice well customers and answer all questions they might have about our products, pricing and services.
- Be aware of all upcoming seasonal offers and events.
+ Skillsets
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
- Self- starter with the ability to build relationships, communicate product knowledge, and close deals quickly.
- Previous experience in sales.
- Meticulous and well- organized.
