Responsibilities
Admin Officer
Be the contact point for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries
Build office policies
Liaise and build relationships with maintenance vendors to maintain the office
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Take care of work permits, visas for employees
Manage travel/ accommodation for business trips
Manage office and store lease contract
Coordinate to prepare Food hygiene and Safety Certificate
Other tasks are assigned by the Head of the Department.
Human Resource
Plan and co-organize internal events & and programs such as Christmas, Year End, Birthday, etc.
Coordinate with the team for the onboarding/offboarding process
Coordinate with the team for other team's event
Support in other areas of HR such as recruitment, training, compensation & and benefits with a growing mindset
Requirements
Good communication skills
6-months to 1 year of experience in a similar role
Great communication in English
Willing to learn and develop in the HR Industry
Personalities: high-motivated, eager & enthusiastic, outgoing, speaker at events
