HR GENERALIST

TPI Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations, with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and HR Administration.

Responsibilities

1/ Compensation & Benefits:

• Manage the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and Vietnamese labor laws.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including social, health, and unemployment insurance (SMUI), and personal income tax (PIT) procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to compensation and benefits.
• Prepare C&B reports and assist with C&B-related projects.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and related matters.

2/ Recruitment:

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including:
• Job posting and sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Screening resumes and conducting interviews.
• Coordinating with hiring managers.
• Preparing job offers and managing the onboarding process.
• Support recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

3/ HR Administration:

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee contracts, including preparation, renewals, and terminations.
• Support the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate employee training and development activities.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Manage HR-related documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

4/ Other Tasks:

• Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned by the Regional HR Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on C&B and/or recruitment.
• Experience in Retail/E-commerce and Media/Publisher industries preferred
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese labor laws, particularly related to payroll, social insurance, and PIT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficiency in Google Suite  (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, etc).
