What you will be doing:

• Contributing to and advocating for Timo's UX vision of the best approaches, methods, and results by sharing digital design trends and staying current on the .
• Utilize the digital strategy to provide customer-centric experiences by creating decision trees, UI flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, as well as extensive documentation.
• Understand the customer and business reasons behind the solutions you're building by using data and exploratory research to create real results.
• Work closely with delivery teams, including BA and Dev/Engineering teams, some of whom are situated remotely, to ensure that design assets and specifications meet their needs.
• Please include a portfolio demonstrating UX process, low and high fidelity design skills, outcomes delivered with your application.

• Expert understanding of customer-centered design combined with business acumen
• Strong communication skills and a track record of experience communicating design in a straightforward and convincing manner are required.
• Familiar with the fundamental UX of major platforms: iOS, Android, Web, Desktop OS
• Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, )
• The capacity to visualize acceptable solutions: Experience with consumer research, usability testing, behavioral or digital analytics to drive and improve design optimization, e.g. flows, free-hand drawing, white-board facilitation, wire framing, and prototyping
• Experience designing for sophisticated, transactional consumer interfaces across numerous devices, including information architecture, task flow, and/or decision tree mapping
• Successfully planned and managed product design project delivery within an Agile development framework within agreed-upon schedules and budgets.
