Job Purpose Summary
Manage and drive the CFT team to develop and complete the ESG program
Support in ISO systems operation: ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO13484, IATF 16949
Work with ISO team to build new ISO systems: ISO 45001, ISO 22301, ISO 27001,...
Description of responsibilities
- Establish the ESG progam to meet requirement from Customer
- Execute the ESG program to meet the schedule.
- Collect, analyze and manage the ESG related data.
- Prepare ESG reports
- Respond to ESG-related questionnaires from third parties
- Respond on Customer audit relate to ESG program
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the ESG program and propose the improvement program.
- Monitor the ESG KPIs- Knowledge: Graduated from University - Environment, Law are prefer or Business Administration field
- Experience: 2-5 years experience relate to:
+ ESG program management (prefer)
+ Environmental management
+ Risk management or legal compliance
- Competencies required for the job:
+ Fluent in English communication (4 skills)
+ Good skill in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
+ Be a Lead Auditor in ISO 14001
+ Have knowledge and experience in RBA audit and declaration
+ Have knowledge and experience in Ecovadis audit and declaration
+ Have knowledge in Labor rights and human rights
+ Have skill in Project and program management.
+ Strong skill in communication and presentation skill
+ Strong skill in teamwork and co-ordination
+ Known or have knowledge about ISO14064.
- Other requirements:
+ High integrity and ethical standards
+ Willing to learn and update the new requirement of law, ISO standard.
