Mô tả công việc
Job Summary:Assist with daily procurement activities, including coordinating with suppliers and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requesting initial prices, quality details, deadlines, and expectations from suppliers
- Gathering and preparing documents such as quotes, proposals, purchase terms, and conditions from suppliers
- Organizing records related to contracts, leases, purchasing activities, costs, and expenditures
- Supporting the sourcing and evaluation of new suppliers
- Performing other duties as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Final year students or recent graduates majoring in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes
- Problem-solving mind-set
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, proactive, and eager to learn
