• Undertake all administrative functions in the Human Resources Department as per standard operating system and Procedure.
• Performs secretarial and office works as assigned.
• Support the Recruitment team's tasks such as: Screening and checking applicant information, Checking the blacklist, assisting in contacting applicants to guide the interview process, Checking and summarizing new employee profiles.
• Support the Training team's tasks such as: Arranging training classes, assisting in organizing internal events.
• Support the Compensation & Benefits team's tasks such as: Summarizing meal shifts and registering daily meals for employees, Summarizing and recording leave requests, resignation forms, and all HR forms. Prepares Performance Appraisal Forms for probationer and Annual Performance Evaluation. Completing paperwork and procedures for Expat
• Performing tasks related to labor relations and other tasks assigned by HRM.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related majors;
• Fresher are welcome
• Expertise in the field of Adminitrastion
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office;
• Proactive, hospitality oriented, excellent communication;
• Basic English ( Written and Verbal)
