JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator as a key contact point to communicate with clients to receive client’s requirements and deliver deliverables. The Project Coordinator will manage a group of clients assigned by the Production Director, responsible for project quotation, invoice, collection, and receiving client feedback to evaluate client satisfaction.
• Manage client’s basic information: email, telephone, address, FTP server, portal user name and password
• Receive client’s requirements, check service specifications and availability
• Preparation and submission of quotations to clients and request client confirmation
• Preparation and delivery of tasks to the Project Manager
• Receive project from Project Manager, check deliverables, and send the project to the client
• Preparation and send invoices to clients
• Receive and collect client feedback
• Other duties as requested by the project management requirement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You will get the training from the project implementation process, tools and other applications, etc.
• Experience directly related to project management (preferably in the translation and localization industry) is a plus
• University degree in linguistics, communication, business, technology, or related fields
• Knowledge of contract issues: terms of payment, legal issues
• Knowledge of the documentation process
• Experienced user of project management software
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, time management, organization, and communication skills
• Strong team player in a multi-cultural environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills along with critical thinking skills
• Ability to go on business overseas when required
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
• Attractive remuneration package.
• Year-end Party, Yearly Company trip. Overseas trips for long-term employees, etc.
