Zephyr Hotel

- Greets guests upon arrival.
- Provide prompt, efficient and courteous services to guest, visitors
- Provides Pool/ Beach advice where needed.
- Give out locker keys/towels, amenities, linen and other guests needs.
- Shows guests how to safely use exercise equipment and give general tour of facility.
- Maintains adequate supply of refreshments, cups etc.., and requisitions supplies if needed.
- Obtain a solid knowledge of the hotel products, services and facilities.
- Follow hotel procedures in relation to pool/beach towel issue and retrieval
- Conduct activities and services for guest, and registered children while giving proper instruction and safety reminders
- Participate actively in employee activities
- Has extensive knowledge of the pool bar menu and provide guests with further information
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
