Overall, there are nine steps involved in the making of chocolate. The process begins with harvesting ripe red pods that grow on cacao trees, and ends with the creation of complete bars of chocolate.
The first step in making chocolate is the extraction of white cacao beans from the ripe red pods that grow on cacao trees. These white cacao beans then underwent fermentation for a period ranging from 2 to 10 days, before being sun-dried and then roasted at temperatures of 120 to 150 degrees Celsius.
After being roughly processed using heat, the inner parts of these roasted beans are removed from the shell through crushing. Afterwards, the removed parts are conched, in which they are pressed to produce a liquid. The resulting mixture is then tempered and molded to become chocolate bars.

The given diagram illustrates the process of making chocolate. In brief, there are ten steps in the process, beginning with riping red pods from cacao trees and ending with the production of liquid chocolate.
In the initial step, red pods were ripped from the cacao trees, which are normally grown in South America, Africa and Indonesia. The pods harvested are then broken down to take out the white cocoa beans. Next, these beans are fermented in a basin on top of banana leaves for a few days. They are spreaded out with a thinner layer directly under the sun to dry. Once adequately dried, the cocoa beans are put in large bags and delivered to the factory by either trains or lorries.
After arriving at the factory, the beans are roasted at 350 degree celsius. The beans resulting from this step are put into a machine where the outer shell is separated and dumped, while the beans themselves are crushed. Finally, these inner parts of beans are moved to a press machine to squeeze, which turns it into liquid chocolate ready to be used as an ingredient in various products.

Overall, it can be seen that there are 10 various stages, starting from growing the Cacao tree in different areas and ending with pressing the inner part ,and then liquid chocolate is produced.
Firstly, the Cacao tree was grown in South America, Africa, and Indonesia. Then, red pods are harvested and white cacao beans are inside them. In the following two stages, white beans are fermented by leaves and dried by sunlight. After that, they are put in large sacks and transported by train or lorry to the factory. After this stage has been completed, in the factory, they are roasted in 360 degrees. During the next stage, roasted beans are put in a divider and outer shells are removed and the beans are crushed. At the end of this process, the inner part of beans is pressed by a roller and finally, liquid chocolate is produced.

Firstly, this kind of cocoa tree can be seen in countries like America,Indonesia and Africa.After plugging out the ripe red pods ,they will be harvested and white cocoa beans will be produced.Then following that, the white beans get fermented in the tray and then they will be spread in a tray and will be put under the sun for drying.Furthermore ,the dry seeds are packed inside large sacks for transportation.After that ,the sacks get docked in the truck and destined for the factory.Consequently,the seeds reached the factory and prepared for the next step.Then,the beans are roasted,particularly at 350 degrees Celsius.Then subsequently, the roasted beans will be ground and the outer shells will be removed.
Finally, shell-removed beans were pressed under a roller and then liquid chocolate was collected from it.
