- Check, monitor and promptly detect errors and damages. Participate in the repair process or directly direct the repair plan as well as coordinate the implementation personnel.
- Develop and establish maintenance and service plans and implement this plan for equipment.
- supervise, operate, manage and monitor the operation process, ensure the smooth operation and timely detect problems.
- Conduct research, analysis and inquiry in a proactive spirit and give suggestions and advice to improve the operation of production lines, machinery and equipment.
- Develop specific plans to implement the previous ideas in terms of human and material resources.
- Directly make detailed reports on unexpected or periodic activities to report to manager.
- Train and guide other technical staff to complete the project.
- Other tasks as requested by Maintenance Manager
* Working time:Working in shift: A (06:00-14:00), B (14:00-22:00), C (22:00-06:00), and rotate weekly

- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher with majors in mechanical engineering, mechanics - machine manufacturing,... or some related disciplines.
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the mechanical industry with positions such as technicians, engineers, ...
- Understand the knowledge of the mechanical industry and have good transmission skills to disseminate that knowledge to others.
- Proficient in using software to support technical design such as ProE, AutoCAD, ... and office informatics
- Have communication skills, ability to think creatively and logically
- Calculation skills, sensitive to technology, know how to observe and solve problems quickly when having problems
- Patient and able to withstand high pressure
- Good communicate in English, can work well in English.
