1. Job duties:

• Forecast and manage company purchasing needs.
• Search, negotiate and sign contracts with reputable suppliers.
• Manage orders, check quality and status of warehoused goods.
• Plan purchases and manage inventory effectively.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth trading activities.
• Periodically report on sales and inventory status.

2. Requirements:

• Experience to do the sourcing for the main and sub-material at pharmaceutical field.
• Experience to set the suppliers up and negotiate the offer price
• More than 5 years of pharmaceutical purchasing experience preferred.
• Experience to manage unit price by purchased item
• Experience to purchasing order and warehousing goods management, billing management
• Experience to manage the purchasing program(SAP) and set it
• Experience to do the communication with Group Purchasing Team
• Pharmaceutical industry purchasing experience preferred.
