Mô Tả Công Việc
• Analyze ERP needs across business functions by consultation and business analysis.
• Manage the ERP implementation, customization, and system enhancement.
• Oversee the installation of ERP system with IT infrastructure to ensure seamless functionality.
• Write guideline, process, and scripts, as well as configuring ERP applications.
• Design user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide technical support and training ERP end-users.
• Mange document development progress and ERP processes (Budget, Contract, FIT and GAP, UAT).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, include data security and privacy.
• Monitor data processing modules, resolve data integrity issues, and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive system improvements and address business needs.
• Design and enhance Jet reports for business requirements include finance and non-finance .
• Manage user permissions, conduct regular reviews to maintain data integrity and security.
• Execute monthly ERP processes, such as closing activities, Jet Report, and data cleaning tasks timely.
• Handle pricing, promotions, other tasks will be assigned by Group FM.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Finance, Accounting) or Information Technology.
• From 2 years’ experience with BC365/NAV, 1-2 full projects implementation, consulting experience.
• Knowledge of SQL/Jet Reports, business processes preferred.
• Great organization and time management skills.
• Teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency.
• Willingness to learn and commitment to deadlines.
• From 2 years’ experience with BC365/NAV, 1-2 full projects implementation, consulting experience.
