Job Description
- Assist with documentation and procedures for the Sales Department as requested.
- Prepare quotations and review contracts.
- Compile and analyze regular sales reports and ad-hoc requests.
- Receive and handle customer feedback and complaints.
- Draft and manage documents and records for the Sales Department.
- Conduct customer surveys.
- Handle payments and advances for the Sales Department.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Graduate from college or higher in fields such as Business Administration, Economics - Finance, Food Technology, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience working in manufacturing or food companies is an advantage.
- Foreign language proficiency: Basic communication, reading comprehension, and writing emails in English.
