* Be responsible for implementing the segment sales strategy and achieving segment revenue goals, property revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction.
* Lead and manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives.
* Achieve personal and department sales goals. Oversee performance of sales associates of different levels with specific responsibilities for recruitment and selection, orientation and training, motivating and coaching, development as well counselling and discipline .
* Be updated on the hospitality industry, market trends, customers, competitors, etc. for development of new sales and marketing strategies.
