- Identify and bringing potential Agency Leaders to Manulife.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of the Agency.
- Identify and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in achieving growth targets.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7-10 years+ in same/similar area in insurance industry
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving targets within the insurance or financial industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful strategic plans.
