Effectively engage with stakeholders to understand their business problems and then formulate a data-driven approach for resolution.Master the data structures and processing rules for the assigned function(s).Visualize data using reporting/ dashboard tools & amp; techniques and be accountable for the availability, quality and accuracy of reporting.Actively look for areas of potential simplification/ automation and implement these changes.Document and follow existing processes for reporting and data quality management.Continuous research and improvement to become a subject matter expert on our data repositories/ analytic solutions. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.1-2 years of experience in data analytics working closely with business functions.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, ETL tools and Visualization tools. Power BI/ Azure Synapse/Azure Analysis Services/Azure Data Factory/Fabric/Azure Open AI experience is a plus.Experience with Python/ R programming is a plus.Experienced in creating reports, data retrieval, data analysis, and data processing.Experience in the retail or FMCG industry is must haveEnglish with verbalQuyền lợi
