JOB PURPOSE: Maintenance staff is responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing machinery and equipment in the factory,... The main job is to regularly check, maintain, service, prevent damage and handle mechanical and electrical errors when problems occur, to ensure that machinery and equipment operate at their best in terms of productivity and efficiency, minimizing costs caused by machinery failures to the company.

Responsibilities:

- Periodically carry out maintenance plans for machinery and equipment systems in the factory and submit them to superiors for approval.

- Coordinate with labor safety inspection and fire prevention and fighting in the factory.

- Regularly check the operating status of equipment and machinery systems.

- Receive information about sudden incidents related to machinery and equipment in the factory, develop a treatment plan and carry out repairs quickly.

- Find out the causes of common problems and find a thorough solution so as not to affect the factory's production progress.

- Carry out preventive maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in the factory according to approved plans (Cleaning, greasing, replacing damaged components, etc.)

- Save maintenance and repair work content in the department's machinery and equipment tracking book.

- Participate in testing and operating mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure good operation.

- Create management records of machinery and equipment systems in the assigned factory. Manage materials, equipment, and spare parts for maintenance work in the factory.

- Clean and maintain tools, equipment and supplies for assigned work.

- Other tasks depending on the arrangement and assignment of superior management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

- College education or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering.

- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance in mechanical and construction factories.

- Good health, honest, diligent, enthusiastic.

- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

- Ability to read system diagrams, electromechanical layout drawings, PLC diagrams.

- Understand safety procedures and equipment operation, have troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work with heavy equipment and lift.

- Friendly & know how to support other department staff when requested.

- Active and hard working.

- Know how to use Ms Office

- Communication by English is good
