Work Information
- Department: Marketing Department
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Workplace Location: Capital Palace Building, Liễu Giai, Ba Đình District, Hanoi
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing plans in alignment with the company’s Marketing and positioning strategies set by the Board of Directors.
- Propose creative Marketing ideas and content development across platforms:
- Offline: booths, agents, clubs, sports organizations, etc.
- Online: Facebook, e-commerce platforms, TikTok, and partnerships with KOLs/influencers.
- Manage and operate the Marketing team, and be responsible for executing Marketing activities including:
- Content creation (PR articles, news, voice-over scripts, fanpage content, etc.)
- Media production (advertising images, lookbooks, product introduction videos, app content, etc.)
- Booking, publishing, and printing.
- Monitor and oversee advertising contracts, manage allocated Marketing budgets, and ensure achievement of approved KPIs.
- Organize, track, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of both online and offline Marketing campaigns (advertising, promotions, upselling, media relations, partnerships, customer service, etc.), and provide strategic direction for future campaigns.
- Lead market research initiatives, assess customer needs, and propose innovative marketing solutions to improve overall Marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirements
- Education & Qualifications
- University degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Priority given to candidates with experience as Head of Marketing or Department Manager in retail, commerce, or fashion companies.
- Abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when required.
- Strong time and task management skills.
- Good command of English communication.
- Computer Skills
- Proficiency in office software, email, internet usage, and social media platforms.
