Work Information:

• Department: Marketing Department
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Workplace Location: Capital Palace Building, Liễu Giai, Ba Đình District, Hanoi

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage brand member information and benefits, including modification of member basic information, points addition and deduction, blacklist setting, coupons, member levels, and handling of account anomalies.
• Manage member marketing activities, reaching customers through channels such as email and SMS, and gifting points and coupons to the target customer group.
• Configuration on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other system related
• Data insights, segmenting users through tags to identify target user groups for marketing or operational analysis.
• Work collaboratively to understand business and customer needs and advise on industry best practices and standards related to email marketing
• Implement multidimensional customer reporting, analyze reports to forecast customer behavior, and propose solutions to improve sales, customer service, and brand image.
• Implement an email marketing strategy to enhance customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications or related field
• From2 years of experience in email marketingdesign with a marketing automation systemrequired
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry best practices
• Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis
• Proven ability to organize multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously
• Have.excellent communication and organizational skill and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
• Must be able to work independently and be team-oriented, reliable and dependable
