Thanks to our panoramic window, you will enjoy working in a luxurious environment with a view on the Opera House and the fabled Dong Khoi Street. At the Signature Lounge, guests are able to enjoy our fine coffees, teas and light refreshments while we are providing them fully personalized reception and concierge services.

- Provide exceptional service to our internal & external guests

- Support F&B operations at the Signature Lounge for Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Evening Cocktail activities. 

- Basic skills at solving problem, handle guest enquiries and follow-up actions

- Attractive service fee bonus (about 3.5 million - 5.5 million/month)

- Support 2 meals during the working shift

- Insurance system to pay 100% of salary + health insurance

- Leave 15 days/year, public holidays x 300%

- Work 8h/day shift, 6 days off monthly

- Hospitality background and English are a must
