II. Job details:

Function of the position:

• Receive requests for Testing products and services on the digital application platform of Digital Banking services for customers/enterprises, ecosystems.
• Analyze/evaluate the cause of errors after Golive.

Job responsibilities:

• Receive requests for Building test scenarios for products and services on the digital application platform of Digital Banking services for customers/enterprises, ecosystems.
• Conduct research, analysis and clarify requirements. Build testing strategies for product and service requirements.
• Build testing plans, write scripts, create test reports, report test errors. Build documents for requirements after implementation.
• Conduct testing, evaluate product quality.
• Analyze/evaluate the cause of errors after Golive.
• Coordinate work in the team according to Agile/Scrum.

III. Job Requirements:

Competency requirements:

• Understanding of the organization's products and services
• Understanding of the Industry and Business
• Knowledge and experience in testing
• Proficient in using testing/project management tools such as: Jira
• Good time management and information sharing skills
• Experience working in an environment applying Agile philosophy.

Degree and experience requirements:

• Graduated from a regular university in the country or abroad.
• Training majors: Information Technology, Mathematics, Electronics and Telecommunications, Accounting, Finance and Banking.
• Experience in testing required for 3 years.
• General knowledge of banking and understanding of banking operations.
• Practical knowledge/experience in banking operations, digital banking (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking), Payment (Mobile payment).
• Priority is given to candidates with experience working with Agile/Scrum.
• Have a deep and broad understanding of software testing activities.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience testing software with REST/API Microservices or Android and IOS is an advantage.
• Priority is given to candidates with training certificates in testing is an advantage.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in automated testing is an advantage.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience working with Integrated Axis/ESB, API Management, T24, Smart Vista systems is an advantage.

IV. Other information:

• Mode of work: On-site at Dong Da, Ha Noi
• Level: Middle, 3 years of experience
• Salary: 20,000,000 VND gross/month
• Contract: 7-month contractor (can extend)
• Expected onboarding date: ASAP (preferred)
• Laptop and other devices: Self-provided or will be provided (depending on the project)
