I. Job Description:

• Analyze business requirements for IoT projects, clarify the problem of connecting devices, collecting and processing data from multiple sources.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to define project scope, build user stories, use case diagrams, and functional specification documents.
• Conduct research and analyze IoT market, thereby proposing outstanding features, ensuring solutions are in line with technology trends.
• Coordinate with development team to build detailed APIs, ensuring data between IoT devices and backend systems is processed effectively.
• Manage and coordinate BA team (from 5-10 members), ensure quality of documents and business analysis process.
• Build UI/UX flow, focusing on user experience when interacting with IoT devices and central management systems.

II. Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as BA or BA Lead, especially in large IoT projects.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP), smart devices and real-time data collection systems.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and UI/UX design tools.
• Skills in managing and coordinating large teams, building detailed documents and optimizing workflows between departments.
