I. Job Requirements:

A. Education: Graduated from university majoring in IT or higher.

B. IT knowledge:

• Understand multi-threading, synchronization primitives.
• Understand how networks work.
• Have advanced knowledge of databases, basic knowledge of web servers, microservices.
• Grasp advanced knowledge of Network: Network protocols, Encryption/decryption, Multi-connection processing, high-frequency data...

C. Have knowledge and skills to develop a complete application:

• Have the ability to analyze and optimize performance based on in-depth understanding of programming languages C/C++, Python, Go,...
• Have in-depth knowledge of OOP, Design Pattern, Algorithm, Data Structure & Databases:

+ OOP: object-oriented class design, grasp the principles of object-oriented programming.

+ Design Pattern: Understand and be able to implement Creational Pattern (Singleton, Factory, Builder, Prototype), Structural (Adapter, Bridge, Composite, Decorator, Facade, Flyweight, Proxy).

+ Algorithm: Understand Tree, Graph, Divide and Conquer, greedy algorithms.

+ Data Structure: Understand space and time tradeoffs of basic data structures. Be able to describe how basic data structures are implemented such as Hashtables, Queues, Stacks, etc.

+ Databases: Be able to design, normalize databases, have query optimization ideas, be able to use views, stored procedures, triggers, user defined types. Know the difference between clustered and non-clustered indexes.

• Have in-depth knowledge of Multithreading programming, concurrency handling, Connection pooling (Be able to analyze and support problems when programming in a multithread environment: deadlock, performance ...).
• Master technology and architecture: Docker Container, Container Orchestration, Microservices.
• Deep understanding of software development process, understanding the stages and corresponding roles in the process. Deep understanding of the nature of Agile, Scrum process
• Understanding of Cloud architectures: IaaS, PasS, SaaS and Cloud Native App model.
• Ability to design systems and determine relationships between components.
• Ability to remote debug.
• Ability to proficiently use tools to serve CI/CD deployment.
