Job Description:

The IT Resource Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with potential clients, introducing and selling the company's IT resource solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target businesses with IT resource needs.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential clients.
• Consulting and Product/Service Presentation: Gained a thorough understanding of the company's IT resource solutions and services.
• Provide clients with relevant solutions based on their needs.
• Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Sales Planning and Target Achievement: Develop sales plans and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor and report on progress.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
• Related Duties: Prepare quotes, contracts, and other sales-related documentation.
• Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure service quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the IT resource industry.
• Knowledge: Understanding of the IT resource market and related solutions/services.
• Knowledge of sales and customer service processes.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• ability to handle work pressure.
