Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for positions in Vietnam, Singapore, and Hong Kong offices (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and interview result notification, etc.).
• Conduct initial screening interviews and present suitable candidates to department heads based on hiring needs.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
• Prepare and maintain labor contracts and employee personnel files.
• Manage labor contracts, process contract renewals, and prepare contract appendices.
• Support the organization of internal company events
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in a General HR or Recruitment role.
• Solid understanding of job requirements, as well as recruitment and training processes.

Skills

• Strong passion for human resources-related work.
• Good networking skills with an energetic and outgoing personality.
• Ability to use Canva and AI tools to design internal communication materials and publications.
• Interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong communication skills with good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
