Lead and manage the design process from initial concept to final execution, ensuring that all design projects are completed within the given deadlines.
Conceptualize and design event branding, including but not limited to, logo & key visual, POSM, banner & signage, invitations, presentation, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that align with the company's brand guidelines and objectives.
Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for a wide range of mediums including digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and marketing collateral.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring that our brand message is effectively communicated to our target audience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and deliver cutting-edge designs.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, assisting their professional growth and development.
Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality design deliverables that meet project requirements.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the successful execution of design projects, including print production and website development.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our target audience and market trends to create designs that resonate with our customers and drive engagement.
Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.REQUIRED SKILLS
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects across various mediums.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that align with business objectives.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality design work.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.
Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor and guide junior designers.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a senior or leadership position.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects and a high level of creativity and innovation.
Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity.
Proven experience in managing design projects from concept to execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives.
Knowledge of current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners, such as agencies and vendors.
Proficiency in design software and tools, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
