Job responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our PR & Client Marketing team. The successful candidate will support various PR & Client Marketing functions and assist in day-to-day operations. This internship provides valuable exposure to the client marketing field and offers a hands-on learning experience in a professional work environment.

Responsibilities

Public Relations

Assist in preparation of weekly E-news to Press for all Universe from Regional direction
Assist in preparation of PR weekly reports to Regional across all Universe
Weekly PR Stock Counting to avoid loss and submission of weekly report to PR & Communications Manager
Receiving sample or gifts from Regional and coordination with Logistics to send out in a timely manner
Support PR on PR KOL/press session, events – gift wrapping, counting, stocks management
Support PR in working with stylist/press to borrow samples under supervision & confirmation of PR & Communications Manager

Client Marketing

Gift stock management (receiving, delivery, distribution) and audit with boutique teams on the use of gifts
Coordinate between boutiques vs office/suppliers vs office/suppliers vs boutiques for the execution of events/client treatments
Prepare events/gifting reports (photos) and collect feedbackd from boutique teams
Prepare payment documents for all expenses within the scope of PR + CDM
Work on Dior Magazine project: sampling, delivery, reporting
Work on digital tools: collecting feedbacks/incident requests of Dior Star/Dior Nova
