As a Client Marketing Manager, you will provide full support to the boutiques on all client development-related initiatives. You are encouraged to initiate creative & innovative strategies for client recruitment, retention and event management. You will also play a crucial role in introducing the Brand to the public and coach the Boutique staff to strive their excellence in providing a unique and timeless client experience.

Job responsibilities

► The Essential Job Duties

  • Organisation and implementation of events, including but not limited to trunk shows, product launches, dinners and exhibitions inside and outside of boutiques
  • Manage gifting & client treatment plan with boutiques to develop and grow VIP client base
  • Design and execute domestic and overseas experiences for clients that communicate brand values and resonate strongly with their target audience
  • Manage budget resources efficiently, executing projects to achieve target budget and ROI
  • Participate in annual budgeting process to drive the commercial and communications direction of the brand
  • Use insights on market and brand trends to position Dior’s client communications for competitive advantage
  • Provide business analysis & reporting to communicate about client, project, and commercial performance as necessary

► Retain and Develop Existing Clients

  • Based on company’s vision, to provide a strategic direction to build customer loyalty and develop Dior as a service centric destination of excellent that sets the benchmark for others to follow.
  • Proactively interact with clients, build relationships and gain understanding at a personal level to facilitate further return visits.
  • Implement new client development strategies, initiatives and activities set forth by the regional and local client development management team to do develop, understand clients and enhance their experience.
  • Develop strategies and implementation plans in specifically arranging for personalized gifts and experiences for clients according to the local guidelines.

► Recruit Clients within and outside the boutique for new clients

  • Develop multi-sourced clientele to ensure on-going clientele interest and participation
  • Personally seek out and source new clients from social events outside boutique and introduce them to the house
  • Develop and expand network of business partners such as hotels, restaurants, non-conflicting brands, etc. to drive traffic of prospects to boutique
  • Implement new client development initiatives/activities to fulfil various types of customers’ request and interest

► Train and Coach the Sales Team

  • Provide training, motivate and coach the selling staff to upgrade their clientele, service skills and grooming standards
  • Work with the team to manage client relationships and develop account plans through coaching and the use of the Be Dior system to meet business goals

Profile

► Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Tertiary education or above with major in marketing, hospitality and / or other related disciplines

► Work Experience

  • Previous experience in retailing of luxury good and service-related industry
  • Minimum 10 years of event management experience, experience / background in luxury fashion industry a plus

► Other Requirements

  • Good communication skill
  • Strong training & coaching skill
  • Good at event management
  • General computer literacy knowledge
  • Able to work independently and also as team player
  • Good sense in luxury fashion
