Lead and execute Lean Manufacturing initiatives at the operational level to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality. Acts as a key driver of continuous improvement and supports the deployment of Lean tools across departments while mentoring junior team members.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

· Execute Lean tools and systems including 6S, VSM, Kanban, SMED, JIT, Jidoka, Pull Systems, etc.

· Conduct detailed time studies, workflow analysis, line balancing, and value stream mapping.

· Lead Kaizen events and facilitate team-based problem-solving sessions.

· Develop and implement Standard Work and Visual Management practices.

· Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain to implement Lean improvements.

· Drive cost-saving initiatives and provide input into C APEX planning related to Lean activities.

· Apply root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies to improve process performance.

· Coach junior engineers and operators on Lean principles and practices.

· Support the integration of automation and digital technologies for process efficiency.

· Ensure Lean projects comply with QMS, EMS, and OHS requirements.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

·       Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on Lean experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.

·       Demonstrated success in leading Lean projects with measurable results.

·       Experience coaching and guiding teams in Lean methods.

Certifications:

·       Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred).

·       Knowledge of ISO standards, QMS, EMS, and OHS requirements.

·       Skills and Competencies:

·       Proficient in Lean tools such as VSM, RCA, PDCA, 5 Whys, DMAIC, 6S, and TPM.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Capable of hands-on work in a production environment.

·       Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ERP or MES systems is an advantage.

·       Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within a team.
