Mô Tả Công Việc
The C&B Officer will manage, control, and enforce salary work, labor management, labor legislation, superannuation, tax to ensure compliance with state regulations labor and increase efficiency in human resource management.
1. Payroll:
- Implement monthly and weekly salary, bonus, and welfare payment for Australian, UK and Hongkong staff.
+ Assume accountability for the consolidation, validation and execution of payroll input and output including leave, attendance management and related statutory reports.
+ In charge of the Employee & payroll system and to ensure all records and data are updated accordingly and system enhancement.
- End to end processing of local statutory HR Compliance (e.g Superannuation, Payroll tax, Expat Healthcare Insurance, Work cover Insurance etc.)
- Manage and resolve employee queries related to payroll, HR policies and attendance.
- Ensure reports submitted to Management and statutory bodies are accurate and timely.
- Provide advice and back up for Vietnam payroll when needed.
- Survey and update the market C&B trend.
- Support team to build up HR policies to be competitive and fit business strategy.
- Follow any changes to salary regulation and update the payroll system accordingly.
2. Labor management:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee’s personal profile.
- Oversee personal file management, contract, annex, decision, etc. preparation & record.
3. Other HR tasks:
- Participate in several HR projects (Health care program, Annual health check-up, Work permit application…)
- Support HR officer in recruitment and other admin/event tasks when needed.
- Other tasks assigned by management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Skill and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or relevant field;
- A minimum of 3-year experience in C&B role in foreign companies with strong background in C&B;
- Good command of English – 4 skills
- Good knowledge of labor law, PIT law, SHUI law and other related regulations;
- Good user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience in working with HR software & other related software.
- Pro-active within your day to day tasks – confident to organise your workload however confident to ask questions where needed
- Be a strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and good time management skill;
