Responsibilities
- Work directly with the client to clarify the requirements and provide them with a solution.
- Manage and process unit pricing tasks within the client platform.
- Handle income processing tasks.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
- Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Complete case workflows promptly and accurately by following defined operational processes.
- Experience in BPO operations (have experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills to calculate and update unit prices accurately.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written, verbal English and Vietnamese communication skills, including documentation and case management.
- Ability to work independently and manage case processing efficiently.
- Familiarity with asset pricing, income processing, or financial transactions is a plus.
