Job Purpose:
Manage Specifications in an assigned segment by initiating, monitoring, and following all major projects/Key customers to identify and penetrate strategic markets and ensure that Jotun is favorably specified and is the preferred paint supplier for all targeted projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key upstream clients and project owners to influence specification decision-making at the project management stage;
- Establish and maintain close contact with key clients and project owners through regular visits and seminars/presentations to keep them informed of Jotun’s new and existing products, systems, and solutions;
- Lead and coordinate with the local sales team by sharing project/specification information to ensure alignment, follow-up, and product supply at the sales level;
- Monitor activities trends, new opportunities, and competitors in the market to ensure an up-to-date project opportunity database;
- Identify and map relevant projects and work to ensure Jotun specifications are approved and secure projects for Jotun’s business
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
- University graduate in Chemical, Construction, Business Administration or related fields;
- At least 10 year working experience, minimum 5 years in flooring or concrete business;
- Effective presentation and communication skill in both Vietnamese and English;
- Having experience working with owners, consultants and applicators;
- Korean speaking is a plus;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).

- Proactive, teamwork and drive for result;
- Eager to drive the flooring journey for Jotun by winning customers and projects.

- Build up a strong business network within the selected professional group of consultants, architects, designers, and project specifiers by initiating contacts in order to support Jotun’s specifications approvals by project decision-makers;
- Monitor construction and paint industry market status and use the collected data to support Jotun’s position in the market by promoting and implementing Jotun products and concepts in order to be the paint supplier leader in the market;
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by securing approvals for Jotun specifications and updating them on projects’ activities and status in order to ensure the successful completion of the sales process of Jotun to assigned projects.
* The position will be based in Binh Duong Office.
