In this position you will…
Support the Country Manager and related positions in implementing and sustaining projects and activities to enhance the sales capability at bolttech Device Protection Vietnam. You will also ensure continuous improvement of training content and programs through systematic evaluation, analysis, and use data to continuously improve sales performance.
You will be responsible for…
Collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and KAM teams to execute effective training content and programs, including product training, sales skills training, sales process and new tools enablement and adoption.
Supporting training content development, creating reusable artifacts and processes to manage training content.
Maintaining VN Training SharePoint page - ensuring all contents are updated and all training plans, training materials and training reports up-to date.
Developing and strengthening business relationships with partner training counterparts. Continuous collaboration with existing projects, developing training strategies, and Realtime training tracker on current projects. Provide insights during MBR and QBRs.
Supporting and improving skills/knowledge for internal bolttech Sales Ambassadors to do cross-functional jobs to expand functions. Ensuring sales teams are equipped with product knowledge, sales process and selling skills to effectively communicate the value of bolttech products and drive sales performance.
Preparing the weekly reports, MBRs and QMRs by working closely with KAM team and Sales team for data confirmation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
You will require the following qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 years of experience in supporting delivery of effective sales training programs that have demonstrable impact on sales growth.
Previous experience in execution, and management of sales training for retail, consumer and/or insurance. You bring deep knowledge of the retail customers and sales practices.
Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done and then make it happen.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS PowerPoint, Excel and Ms SharePoint, Articulate 360.
Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English languages.
