Job Description

The opportunity

This role manages digital assets to maximize performance, manage digital marketing performance, manage and optimize CRM (salesforce) and have the ability to consolidate the reporting dashboard

Responsibilities

I. Manage digital assets to maximize performance (Approximate 50%)

  • Website management - Experience in website technical solution:
  • Familiar with web analytics to provide tracking on website for any platform (google ads, Facebook ads, GA4, Adobe Analytic, Applier, etc.)
  • Be the point-of-contact within the marketing team for website measurement, A/B testing, and optimization.
  • Develop and execute various website tests to drive acquisition, engagement, and traffic improvements.
  • Build roadmap for our website content and be responsible for general site maintenance to maximise SEO performance
  • Partner with content, communications, UX, and tech teams to develop/update site content, style and layout in order to achieve desired customer experience and performance KPI .
  • Ensure the information presented on website is fresh, informative and appealing to meet our business goals.
  • Handle requests from various internal teams to update website content, pages creation/enhancement
  • YouTube channel management
  • Detailed understanding of YouTube channel to provide technical advice on YouTube channel.
  • Manage access permission of YouTube platform.
  • Facebook Business management
  • Detailed understanding of Facebook channel to provide technical advice on Setting, tracking, event, etc.
  • Manage access permission of YouTube platform.
  • Advise/provide technical support to all staff on activities onr Facebook fanpage, group, apps, etc.
  • Advise on technical aspect on content development to maximise exposure.
  • Google my business management
  • Manage and update location’s information to stakeholders.
  • Clean up fake location on the google map.
  • Advise for stakeholder’s requirement on google map.

II. Digital Marketing performance

  • Google Adword
  • Lead the search marketing. Corporate with partner to deliver plan, execution, and reporting campaign performance.
  • Control and manage access rights of stakeholders.
  • Advise on set up the tracking for google campaigns.
  • Facebook Business
  • Deeply understand role and abilities of Facebook ads and Facebook business to corporate with partner to deliver plan, execution, and reporting campaign performance.
  • Control and manage access rights of stakeholders.
  • Advise on set up the tracking for facebook campaigns.
  • Affiliate (Accesstrade, Rentrack, Dinos)
  • Experience in managing affiliate vendor and building Affiliate scheme to engage publisher generate leads/qualified leads.
  • Exploring new affiliate vendors to gain more leads/qualified leads.
  • Work with procurement to process for bidding process for vendors.
  • SEO
  • Provide SEO strategy (content and technical) for website and campaign pages to gain organic traffic on google search.
  • Control and manage access rights of stakeholders.
  • Follow up tracking tool to optimize website ranking (SEMrush, BrighEdge)
  • Other Ads platforms (zalo, coccoc, email etc.)
  • Manage other platforms to generate leads and qualified leads.
  • Exploring new ads platform vendors to gain more leads/qualified leads.
  • Work with procurement to process for bidding process for vendors.

III. Manage and optimize CRM (salesforce)

  • Design the data flow from website/fanpage to CRM.
  • Execute and provide performance report for digital campaigns.
  • Understand technical to communicate with IT team to provide automation solution for digital initiatives.

IV. Ability to consolidate the reporting dashboard

  • Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Looker…etc) for various marketing campaigns, initiatives,
  • Have the technical know-how to troubleshoot web analytics implementations and communicate tracking requirements to development team.
  • Understand data model to automate dashboard reporting.
  • Detail understands about tracking model and technical to follow the tracking guidelines.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5 years of relevant work experience
  • University degree preferably related to Digital Technology, Data analytics, Business
  • Proven work experience with Digital Content Management Hands-on experience applying the fundamental principles of user experience design within user flows, sitemaps and low & high fidelity wireframes based on specifications, goals, needs and limitations
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other content management systems
  • Experience with Power BI/looker or similar data analytic tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and their use in driving business results
  • Remain abreast of innovative digital approaches and continually push the envelope to ensure the company employs and leverages latest opportunities
  • Ability to manage and maintain strong relationships with business unit stakeholders and team members
  • Highly organized with an ability to prioritize conflicting demands
  • Possess an excellent balance of analytical, communication and user experience skills and will be unafraid to challenge others to continually improve business results.
  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge of modern marketing tactics (e.g. contextual display advertising, dynamic PPC, latent conversion measurement)

Công ty Cổ phần Cây giống Cao Nguyên - HIVICO được thành lập vào tháng 10/2006 - tiền thân là trại giống cây PH Biotech.

- Với quy mô hoạt động ban đầu 10-15 nhân viên, sản xuất khoảng 200,000 cây giống/năm, sản lượng cung cấp cho các hộ nông dân trong khu vực. 

- Sau 2 năm hoạt động, với sự nỗ lực vươn lên của doanh nghiệp, được sự tín nhiệm của khách hàng, được sự tín nhiệm của khách hàng, cùng sự giúp đỡ của bạn bè gần xa, HIVICO đã mạnh dạn đầu tư phát triển rộng hơn, bước để sản xuất rộng rãi cho các khu vực lân cận. Đến 2012, sản lượng đã tăng lên 2 triệu cây giống/năm với các chủng loại: cúc, đồng tiền, salem, sao tím,... HIVICO đã mở rộng thị trường nội địa, cung cấp thêm cho các hộ nông dân ngoại tỉnh, từng bước chinh phục thị trường trong nước bởi chất lượng của từng sản phẩm.

- Năm 2014, doanh nghiệp mạnh dạn tiến vào thị trường xuất khẩu cây giống invitro, cải thiện nhiều về cơ sở vật chất, đầu tư thêm trang thiết bị hiện đại, học hỏi và tiếp nhận nhiều kỹ thuật tiên tiến từ các nước đi đầu trong các lĩnh vực nuôi cấy mô: Hà Lan, Mỹ, Úc, New Zealand, Nhật,...

- Với tổng diện tích 4000m2 cùng hơn 130 nhân viên có tay nghề thành thạo, nhiều kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất nhân giống các giống hoa, cây cảnh …, Công ty nhận tư vấn, chuyển giao quy trình sản xuất hoặc sản xuất gia công các loại cây giống invitro. Hợp tác với các chuyên gia hàng đầu trong ngành nuôi cấy mô từ công ty tư vấn nước ngoài, chúng tôi tự tin có thể đáp ứng nhu cầu chính đáng của khách hàng, đảm bảo chất lượng đạt chuẩn với giá cả cạnh tranh tốt nhất.

Với bề dày 16 năm hoạt động trong lĩnh vực cung cấp cây giống cấy mô chất lượng cho thị trường xuất khẩu và nội địa, cũng như nhu cầu khách hàng tăng thêm hàng năm. Tháng 08/2021, Công ty đã được các cơ quan có thẩm quyền phê duyệt chủ trương đầu tư dự án xây dựng khu phức hợp sản xuất công nghệ cao vời diện tích 5000m2, vốn đầu tư trên 50 tỷ đồng. Dự án dự tính khởi công vào đầu năm 2023
