Job Description
-
Create long-term and short-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market.
-
Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive, multi-channel campaign strategies (email, socials, ads...) for demand generation and monitor their execution.

Identify and evaluate new marketing technologies to enhance team performance and improve ROI.

Establish KPIs for marketing campaigns and evaluate effectiveness based on these KPIs.
-
Plan and implement marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels to enhance brand awareness and attract potential clients.

Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with strategic partners and potential clients.
-
Create high-quality content and communication strategies to build strong client and partner relationships.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies.
-
Analyze market trends and competitors to develop new marketing strategies.
-
Measuring and reporting marketing strategies effectiveness, collecting data and evaluating effectiveness compared with goals.
-
Use data from tools like Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
-
Coordinate and oversee marketing team operations to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and best practices, and apply them to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Create reports and make improvement suggestions based on analytical results.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-
At least 5 - 7 years of experience in field marketing, ideally in the technology industry.
-
At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership position within marketing.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as the position requires interaction with international clients.
-
Expertise in SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and various digital marketing channels, particularly for global markets.

Experience using Google Analytics and advertising management platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
-
Capacity to anticipate trends and suggest strategies that align with the company's vision and growth objectives.
-
Skills in planning, budget management, and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
-
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
-
Ability to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust plans accordingly.
-
Basic design software skills (such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus.

Good communication skills both internally and externally.

Ngày 28/12/2006, Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước cấp giấy phép hoạt động số 44/UBCK-GPHĐCK, theo đó, Công ty Cổ phần Chứng khoán ALPHA (APSC) đã trở thành một trong những thương hiệu tài chính đầu tiên đặt nền móng cho sự phát triển ngành chứng khoán tại Việt Nam. Trải qua những khó khăn, thách thức và thăng trầm trong hoạt động kinh doanh, năm 2021, Chứng khoán ALPHA được tái sinh trở lại với nhận diện thương hiệu mới và dáng vóc mới sau quá trình tái cấu trúc toàn diện Doanh nghiệp kể từ tháng 5/2020: Nâng cấp hạ tầng công nghệ hiện đại, đa dạng hóa sản phẩm dịch vụ…nhằm chinh phục mục tiêu TIÊN PHONG và hướng đến chinh phục tiêu chí về thương hiệu, chất lượng dịch vụ của Top công ty chứng khoán tiêu biểu tại thị trường Châu Á. Được thành lập và điều hành bởi những chuyên gia hàng đầu trong ngành Tài chính – Chứng khoán, cùng đội ngũ chuyên viên APSC được đào tạo bài bản, chuyên sâu, Chứng khoán ALPHA tự tin phát huy thế mạnh về con người và công nghệ, song hành cùng sự phát triển của ngành chứng khoán Việt Nam.

- Năm 2020, Tái cấu trúc toàn diện. Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước cấp Giấy phép điều chỉnh Giấy phép thành lập và hoạt động công ty chứng khoán số 40/GPĐC-UBCK ngày 16/7/2020. thành lập văn phòng đại diện tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Vận hành Hệ thống phần mềm lõi giao dịch chứng khoán mới với đầy đủ, toàn diện các chức năng, tiện ích phục vụ đa dạng nhu cầu khách hàng
- Năm 2021, Cung cấp dịch vụ giao dịch trực tuyến. Chào bán hơn 11 triệu cổ phiếu. Tăng vốn điều lệ. Triển khai dịch vụ giao dịch ký quỹ. Bổ sung nghiệp vụ Tự doanh chứng khoán
- Năm 2022, Thành lập Chi nhánh tại Hải Phòng. Bổ sung nghiệp vụ Bảo lãnh phát hành chứng khoán
- Năm 2023, Thành lập chi nhánh Hồ Chí Minh, Nha Trang. Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước cấp giấy phép điều chỉnh giấy phép thành lập và hoạt động công ty chứng khoán
