Overview

As a Solution Consultant, you will act as a strategic partner to clients, working closely with them to understand their business needs and design tailored software solutions that address real operational challenges. From initial discovery to implementation planning and ongoing optimization, you’ll ensure each solution delivers tangible value while fostering long-term client relationships.

• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to gather information and conduct in-depth discussions with clients, understanding their business processes, pain points, and objectives.
• Provide expert advice on software solutions tailored to clients' specific needs, analyzing inefficiencies in their processes and recommending software features that resolve these issues.
• Design detailed implementation plans for the application of the software, presenting the proposed solutions to gain alignment and approval.
• Facilitate contract signing processes and coordinate closely with implementation teams to ensure seamless installation and utilization of the software.
• Continuously monitor software usage by clients, gathering feedback and analyzing evolving needs to suggest additional features or new solutions that enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients by maintaining high levels of satisfaction, expanding contracts, and growing service offerings to align with their future needs.

What do we expect

• At least 1 year of experience as a Solution Consultant, Business Analyst or in a similar role within a tech product company.
• Background in Business Administration, Economics, Management Information System, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate business needs into comprehensive and actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English communication is a plus.
