Responsibilities:

In charge of purchase raw materials that meet all requirements from customer with the most reasonable cost.

Receive the information about new raw material demand from production department team or manager and send the request to the supplier in proactive way to get the sample and draft quotation.

Working with international suppliers and our central purchasing department in Germany.

Close working with production team to test raw materials and follow up the results for final decision making.

Evaluating and selecting quotations base on the criteria such as : technical performance, product reliability, lead-time to delivery, life- cycle cost agains MOQ, payment term…

Ensure to follow Supplier's Approval & Performance Monitoring.

Closely work with planning team and supplier to place the order with the most suitable MOQ.

Prepare contract/ PO for approval and make sure to get the right product at the right time, right condition and right place according to the contract/PO.

Keeping a Record of the process from the receive the request, send the invitation to offer to any records regarding the performance of PO/Contract.

Support manager by getting actively involved in developing specifications as well as in appraising suppliers, developing supply strategies, evaluating performance, value/cost analysis and auditing supplier.

Ensure to follow supply objectives like quality, availability & lead-time, supplier service& responsiveness, good payment terms and low cost.

Responsible for developing and managing supplier relationships ( e.g. strategic partnership).

Candidate requirements:

• Working Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in  industry.
  • Strong track record of performance and rapid career progression.
• Ways of Being:
  • Approachable and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn new skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
