How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?
The Sales Executive (Farmer) manages existing customers in designated areas, focusing on contract adherence, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. This role aims to drive long-term revenue and profit by maintaining a stable and profitable customer base through effective relationship management and service excellence.
(1) Contract and Price Management
- Ensure adherence to contract terms and deliver on our commitments while monitoring customer compliance.
- Update pricing as needed.
- Oversee cash collection processes.
(2) Customer Retention, Contract Renewal, and Business Expansion
- Monitor competitive activities and market conditions.
- Identify optimal timing for contract renewals and business expansion opportunities.
- Develop and propose solutions and commercial schemes.
- Create and implement winning strategies.
(3) Customer Satisfaction Management
- Conduct regular customer visits.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Gain and apply customer insights.
(4) Lead Account Management Program
- Initiate and execute local account management programs.
- Implement cluster or group programs related to account management initiatives.
Are you a MATCH?
- A degree in any discipline is required; engineering-related degrees are advantageous.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing is essential; experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Excellent client management, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and manage client relationships effectively.
