Mô tả công việc

- User Interface Design: Design and create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for websites and applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across different devices and platforms.

- Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and end users. Iterate on designs based on feedback to refine the user interface.

- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to understand project requirements, provide design recommendations, and ensure design implementation aligns with business objectives.

- Responsive Design: Develop responsive designs that adapt to different screen sizes and devices, ensuring a seamless and optimised experience for users on desktop, mobile, and tablet.

- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices in UI design. Continuously improve and evolve design processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.

- UI Animation and Microinteractions: Utilise animation and microinteractions to enhance the user experience and bring interfaces to life, creating delightful and engaging interactions.

- Testing and QA: Collaborate with the development team to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the integrity of the user interface.

Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết

- Experience: Proven work experience as a UI Designer or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience designing interfaces for websites and applications. Experience in Mobile app UI design & Design System is a plus.

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work and demonstrating your ability to design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications.

- Education: Certification in UI Design, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

- Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) is a plus.

- Technical Skills: Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile application design guidelines is essential.

- UX Design Knowledge: Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and best practices. Experience working collaboratively with UX designers and conducting user research is advantageous.

- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure design consistency and accuracy throughout the development process.

- Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

- Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and push the boundaries of UI design, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
