Mô tả công việc
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our passionate team at GameFi team.As a key player in the exciting world of Web3, you will be responsible for driving innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand, engage our community, and support the success of upcoming projects.
1. Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the goals of the launchpad and upcoming projects.
2. Community Engagement: Foster and grow our community through engaging content, social media interactions, and strategic partnerships (across our growing social channels: Twitter, Telegram, Youtube, Discord...)
3. Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring effectiveness and ROI.
4. Content Creation: Develop compelling content,Plan and create content that will engage a diverse group of cryptocurrency enthusiasts, inspire them, and seed the interest of the projectto communicate key messages and updates.
5. Event Coordination: Plan and execute events, AMAs, and other activities to enhance community involvement and project visibility.
6. Collaboration with Projects: Work closely with upcoming projects to understand their unique value propositions and develop tailored marketing strategies.
7.Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, community growth, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the blockchain, crypto, or Web3 space (from 3 years experience).
- Strong content production skills, e.g., designing graphics/working with our in-house designer, searching for trends, using social media schedulers, and so on.
- Genuine interest and understanding of crypto culture and especially decentralized finance.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills ; ability to adapt strategic messaging across channels to drive action.
- Experience with Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and other social media channels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
