Overview:

• Update, provide and manage information and internal communication for employees in the company such as: holiday announcements, changes in regulations, policies,...
• Generate ideas, budget and organize internal events including but not limited to internal activities, holidays, happy hours, company trips/team building, etc
• Create a strategy for the monthly, quarterly, and annual implementation of the company's internal communication program.

Internal Communication:

• Plan data gathering and surveys to assess the efficacy of communication.
• Create and edit communication content on the company's internal communication channel.
• Develop, enhance, and diversify additional information channels, hone in on new internal information pages, and promote internal resources to spread information across HO employees, particularly those in branches throughout the nation.

• Update, provide and manage information and internal communication for employees in the company.
• Ensure the transmission of information throughout the departments, to help each employee understand all messages of the management board and vice versa.
• Conduct surveys to gauge the success of business culture development initiatives: the level of interaction between participants and the general atmosphere of internal events/programs; the percentage of staff who are content with their working conditions and the percentage of employee leaving.
• Establish connections with different departments inside.
