Position Summary

As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead client relationships and act as the key connector between brands and internal teams. You’ll ensure smooth project delivery, offer strategic solutions, and drive campaign success through proactive communication and strong execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client communication and act as the main point of contact, ensuring consistent, strategic, and professional interaction with clients.
Develop strong client relationships by understanding their business goals, challenges, and providing proactive, strategic recommendations.
Take ownership of end-to-end campaign management - from briefing, planning, execution to post-campaign review - ensuring all deliverables meet KPIs, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (planning, media, creative, content, production...) to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of projects.
Supervise and guide junior account members or interns, ensuring clear direction, timeline ownership, and quality of outputs.
Monitor P&L performance of assigned accounts and contribute to resource planning, cost control, and profitability.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations (daily, weekly, monthly) to evaluate campaign performance and provide strategic insights to both client and internal team.
Manage contractual processes including documentation, payment follow-ups, and client compliance.

Job Qualifications

Experience (must have)

At least three years of experience in Digital Marketing (Digital Ads) field, especially Account/ Planning or relevant position as an Executive or Intern

Knowledge, Abilities And Skill

Have knowledge of Marketing/Digital Marketing;
Excellent management skills and ability to multi-task;
Superior Problem-Solving and Negotiation Skills;
Excellent customer service abilities;
Good presentation skills;
Skills in researching, analyzing & synthesizing data;
Logical and critical thinking
