Job Responsibilities: The Sales & Marketing Manager has the main responsibility for increasing and maintaining high revenue levels for the Diamond Time Complex in Da Nang, in addition to the following: Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Diamond Time Complex key products, VNGroup brands, and market trends. Lead in the development of sales and marketing strategy with the Director Branch at least 1 year in advance and monitor, plan weekly sales activities and execute effective business activities with customers. Effectively manage customer outreach strategies. Implement & report on S&M strategy progress on time and professionally Track actual revenue, costs and forecasts Respond promptly to all inquiries and correspondence from customers. Commit to and communicate results that meet customer needs appropriately and hospitality is consistently achievable Identify and search for potential customers in the sales area who can fit potential Diamond Time Complex uses, including Flexible accommodation and TikTak Coworking Space, commercial leasing space, and coffee shop. Achieve budget goals and maximize revenue by executing sales activities within market segments assigned. Undertake competition analysis by assessing their products, services and sales tactics. Optimize marketing campaigns based on key performance metrics and customer feedback. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.Experienced in the hospitality industry. Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, commercial economics, or hotel and tourism management 2-3 experiences in a management position or equivalent Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing. Good conversational English & good management skills Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
